DESCRIPTION - Silo Square is a traditional neighborhood development set to bring a new mixed-use center with a downtown feel to Southaven, MS. Located directly across from Snowden Grove Park, this site is the premier place for residents of all ages and backgrounds to live, shop, and gather together. Although construction is currently ongoing for the mixed-use buildings and homes, current retail tenants and residents are already claiming Silo Square as their home. Ultimately, the property will feature a farmers market, community garden, senior living communities, and more.

The property was carefully master planned around adjacent circulation routes and uses, transitioning between product types to create a sense of excitement at the Goodman Road frontage and intimacy in the residential core.

As Silo Square continues to evolve and expand, DT design studio is updating the master plan and marketing graphics to follow suit.
