DESCRIPTION - Almadale Farms, located in northwest Collierville, Tennessee, is a 622-acre mixed-use planned development. This development commits over 230 acres to open space (36.8% of the site), including over 100 acres that will become part of the Wolf River Greenway Reserve. An educational facility has been earmarked for 125 acres of the site.

Aesthetic highlights of the overall development plan include emphasis on streetscape design, greenspace at the major intersection, the landscaping of boulevard entrances into and within residential areas, and the preservation of a significant portion of the land’s natural tree cover. Proposed landscaping within boulevards and common areas shall supplement the preserved natural vegetation.
